Make Sex a Priority

It’s so easy to let your sex-life take a back-seat because you’re too tired/busy/stressed and so on. Stop making excuses and make sex a priority in your life – you’ll feel better for it mentally and physically. If you have health issues that are affecting your libido, quit stalling and head to the doctor. If you’re always too tired, head to bed an hour earlier (no doubt you’ll find it easy to cut out an hour of TV, reading, sitting in bed on your phone etc.), or don’t wait until the end of the night to have sex – set the alarm 30 mins early and start your day off sexy! It’s hard to get in the mood when you’re stressed and your head is elsewhere, but trust me, once you get started and put those other thoughts aside, afterwards you’ll feel much more relaxed. Sex is a great way to de-stress…because science!
